Absolutely every activity or activity have results. The question is whether or not our results are satisfactory. However, when it comes to awareness, then the expected results are absolutely clear. Since our mind contains rules and definitions of what to see, how to understand what is seen, and what to do in certain cases, we have nothing to realize except the content of our mind. Awareness itself is the clearing of the mind of conscious excess content. It is the superfluous that stands as a wall before our light, and that is why we are in darkness. Excessive content prevents us from seeing the truth. When we become conscious of our mind, we achieve more emptiness and space. It is widely accepted that emptiness is a bad thing and any empty space needs to be filled. However, every thing is created by emptiness.
We can believe what we want, but our mind is our home. It is a space that contains our things and where we move between and deal with them. I will describe in more detail about the mind in a separate article.
Our own light and clarity is directed not only inwardly but also outwardly. This means that increasing our light will first warm the people who are closest to us and most open to us. And this is the main sign that we are aware of and are heading in the right direction. If our loved ones do not begin to become aware and change, then we either have not made enough progress, or we are certainly under some delusion. No one wants to be dragged into more delusions. If our loved ones do not understand us, there is nothing to be angry about. We can only be angry with ourselves because we still do not have enough clarity and we cannot reach it immediately. It will increase slowly and gradually.
The more clarity we get, the more people will understand us. Awareness itself does not increase as the number of books and texts read or movies watched increases, but is directly related to our attention to ourselves. Focusing on ourselves involves noticing and comprehending every detail associated with us. We will pay more attention to what and why we feel, what and why we see, what and why we do, what and why others tell us, what and why is happening to us.
