Many times in our lives, we fall into bewilderment, into situations that contradict all our expectations. Life serves us surprises we never even hoped for. Life brings us to our knees many times, deals us blows, and leaves us in a state of shock.
Everyone has experienced shock, breakdowns, suffering, and even the loss of the will to live. It is in these moments that a spark of clarity appears; they begin to wonder about the meaning of life, why things have come to this, and what went wrong. From this point, a person begins to awaken and wishes to take command of their own life. This is the most rewarding moment, which unfortunately no one values, as it is commonly regarded as something bad. It is then that a person stands alone against themselves. They begin to seek a way out of the situation they are in—and have always been in, though they had been closing their eyes to it…
At that moment, they start searching for a sign—something to tell them what to do and where to go. But the choice has been erased! The only options are to fall back asleep or to keep awakening. And since that choice is missing, the world offers the awakened one only different ways to be sedated: meditation, hypnosis, drugs, and entertainment – all presented as tools to lull them back to sleep.
And what about meditation? Many people confuse reflection with meditation. They practice reflection and claim to be meditating. According to common belief, through meditation, you detach and fall into silence and calm—achieving a state of „absence.“ But if a person is absent, can they know what is happening within and around them? Can they be responsible for their own life? The deeds they imagine to be theirs are, in reality, not; they are programmed to happen in their absence. Since awakening itself is a state of Presence, it becomes necessary to take charge of one’s own actions. On the other hand, absence and inaction are quite tempting: you do nothing, you are responsible for nothing. Nevertheless, you are the one who decides, and you should know that you have a choice.
The choice has been erased, and the first things offered to you are meditation, hypnosis, and intoxication. You can use anything for these purposes, because through the repetition of any action, you can fall into hypnosis and absence. And then, in your absence, anyone can enter and do whatever they want with your possessions. But most of all, they offer to „fix“ the very problems that led you to shock and awakening in the first place.
The irregularities in the world are handled by its guardians, who are perfected for this task. Since the world views you as a threat because you have awakened, it sends these guardians to deal with you and eliminate the danger. The most visible guardians are famous personalities, authorities, teachers, gurus, and preachers. Among them are many skilled masters across the globe. Some preach that you should not think, but only act; that you should go with the flow; or that God acts in your place. Others convince you that they know everything and that, since you are not as smart as they are, you must simply believe what they tell you.
To prevent you from delving deeper into thinking, various methods are employed. Some overwhelm you with arguments and logical fallacies, claiming that you are wrong. Others act as carriers of viruses: they might say something meaningless, and if you accept it together with what remains unseen—the virus—you begin to feel unwell; your mind darkens, and your thinking becomes blocked. This happens all the time, everywhere. A third type deluges you with excessive information or simply creates massive noise, aiming to overload, unsettle, and ultimately block you.
In all cases, the goal is to unsettle you and remove you from yourself, even if only for a short time. But even a short time is enough for changes to occur in the mind. I have already seen far too many people who were internally changed to the point of being unrecognizable. Some of these changes were equivalent to the following example: today, someone is a fanatical lover of swimming, and tomorrow, for no apparent reason, they begin to feel terrified of water.
From all this arises the need to perfect your ability to think. To doubt everything—and not just what is outside of you. To gather as much information as possible, to break everything down into its parts, to reassemble different pieces, to compare, and to separate what is necessary. To sift truth from falsehood, for they are mixed together in all sorts of ways, and the boundary between them is almost invisible. If you are able to think, everything around you will be of benefit. No matter what happens around you, no matter what people tell you, know that within everything, truth is also contained. And that truth is what you need in order to move forward.
If you do not deceive yourself and do not try to fall back asleep, the second step follows. People will start to gather around you. Here, the possibilities are various. Because a flash of insight has come to you and you imagine that you have achieved something great, you begin to tell people about what you have seen. Why else would they come to you? But since you still have no clarity about where you are heading, since you are still in complete fog, you remain easy prey for the world and its defenders. However, if you continue to reflect, you come to understand that what you have
seen or achieved happens to everyone, and that you have nothing to give them.
Then you realize that they are only stealing your time, and that you have started once again to occupy yourself with other people’s affairs—while you have your own… This is when you begin to value your time, because from this moment you see that it is not unlimited. Consequently, you start to ignore these parasitic people. Then the third step follows…
After you have gone through these trials, the world clearly sees that you are incorrigible and unshakable, and it places you in isolation. The people around you withdraw, no one seeks you out, nothing happens to you. You remain alone. The idea is to drive you to despair, to make you start seeking and begging for attention, as well as for a way to be reaccepted back into the world. This is a very important moment. You have achieved a certain equality with the world. The entire story up to this point has been like a game of chess—but against a machine limited by rules, a machine with limits to its capabilities. And you are human; never forget that your capabilities are unlimited. Do not worry about losses. The important thing is to learn from them and not to repeat them. Now is the moment to step forward and assert yourself. And remember, there is no need to hurt anyone or to convince anyone. It is enough to be unwavering in your intentions.
The waiting is now over. If there are no situations, you must seek them or create them yourself. If no one seeks you, you will have to do the seeking. You must announce to the world that you are here! From now on, you will have to decide and act on your own. Be firm and unshakable. Seek the truth and make no compromises—with anyone, with anything, and most of all, with yourself. You are already beginning to see ever more clearly and ever farther, because it is becoming light around you. And this is not because God or someone else is illuminating your path; it is because you yourself are the light. And by removing everything that darkens you, you become ever brighter. And your light will illuminate those around you and will kindle the light within them.
